Losing weight is not easy at all and it seems that very few actually succeed with it. Not only permanent weight loss, it seems very difficult, but the process of losing weight is often very unhealthy and torture really. When you lose weight, then you should be healthier, but many times is the opposite. But I have some very healthy tips for losing weight, making it much easier for you to achieve your goals and even enjoy the process. 


One of the hardest parts of weight loss is to maintain progress and keep losing weight week after week, month after month. Most people make great progress in the first 3-4 weeks, but progress is slow. Each time you hit a plateau and don `t make any progress, when it should be making progress, then it is a sign that you need to make changes. Changes may be in food, training, or both.

Healthy tips for losing weight - eating healthy and eating less

Reducing calories is the most widely used method to achieve weight loss success. It can work very well, but only to a point. If calories are already very low, which further cut may lead to negative results. But if your calorie intake is moderate, then eating less, is an option you can try. People always tend to reduce calories to very low levels and that always backfires. Eat healthy food and promoting fat loss, is of course essential. It is not easy to change your eating habits. Everyone has bad eating habits and even fitness models sometimes eat food, you should not eat. So you can `t wait to eat" perfectly "all the time.

Healthy tips for losing weight - timing of meals and frequency

It is well known that eating 5-6 small meals a day, is much more effective than eating 3 large meals a day. Small frequent meals greatly increase metabolic rate and a fast metabolism helps you burn more calories. If you are eating three meals a day, try eating 4 meals 5 meals or, if possible. It is also important to eat regularly and not skip meals. When you skip meals, then your metabolism slows right down. And eat 5-6 small meals a day, is also mentally much easier, because after eating every 3-4 hours.

There are of course much more healthy tips for weight loss, but these can be helpful, at least a little. I think the main thing is not to get frustrated if you can `t lose 20 pounds in 20 days. Weight loss
should be taken as a long-term effort and the changes you make to your lifestyle, should be permanent.
