Everyone wants to have that flat stomach and intestine. No fat. Only six-pack abs everyone is admirable. Well, here's the big secret to get that flat stomach. hard work, willpower, discipline and knowledge. Apply all those at the same time and you get rid of belly fat in no time. 


The hard work comes into play when you do your workout. Whether the hard work comes from doing P90X Ab Ripper, Abs Cardio Madness, or any other routine. Hard work is a need to develop the abdominal muscles. And it takes discipline. Had someone to coach once told me: "I've been doing the P90X Ab Ripper after practice most of the time.
