How often have you felt weak and lacked the energy and asked the cause of that feeling?

It could be the lack of cold water. According to recent research, we are a nation are chronically dehydrated.

Just do not replace the water we lose every day. Everyday, we lose at least 10 cups of water through breathing, perspiration and urine invisible.
